Besides the hiccups of a new system, they were great Advantage Bolingbrook was pleasant to deal with. They didn't have an issue with me running late, they didn't try to convince me to buy a different vehicle, and if it weren't for the bugs of learning a new operating system (they had just switched to Windows 10 S and programs weren't cooperating), I could have been in and out in under an hour. Finance alone only took 20 minutes, and that included my trade-in. No gimmicks, no games. I unfortunately don't remember the finance person's name. More
