Advantage Chevrolet Sales Experience We all know buying a new car is a lot of work, checking the internet for pricing, visiting dealerships, talking with guys who want to be "your best ne We all know buying a new car is a lot of work, checking the internet for pricing, visiting dealerships, talking with guys who want to be "your best new friend" etc., but at Advantage Chevrolet the experience I had was just a bit different in a good way. First, I met a Salesman (John) who had a demeanor that just said "Can I work with you" without saying so, in other words a guy that made the buying experience a pleasure. We hit it off directly, no BS, just straight selling of their products, and I appreciated those efforts. What I did not need is the "are you going to buy today" questions, and John was a real Salesman in this respect. I stopped by early in the week on my fact finding mission, and left John with the promise that I would give him and Advantage a chance to compete once my fact finding was over. Several Dealerships and days later I returned to Advantage and asked them to put forth their best offer. I received the pricing I was promised from my first visit, and with having shopped other dealerships and Manufacturers (I did not just look at Chevy), I asked for an improved price on my trade-in that was mutually agreeable to both parties, and I am now driving my new Equinox. After the sale was completed, I told John that he was a good Salesman, and let him know that I purchased a car from him. I also let him know that I actually walked out on a Salesperson at another Dealership when they tried to up sell me a vehicle after I indicated what features I was interested in, and they then (with the Sales Managers recommendation to the Salesperson) showed me a vehicle that had way more features that I requested, a typical overreach by a Salesperson who did NOT listen to what the Customer was requesting. That never happened with John & Advantage. Bottom line, this is the first Chevy I have purchased, and I was very pleased with how John and Advantage Chevrolet treated my wife and I with the transaction. Regards, Bob More

He was very helpful and his positiveness heard through the phone is what brought me to the location besides having the car I was interested in buying. Than as soon as I stepped in to the location, my presence was acknowledged and was immediately directed to Charlie. Charlie was fantastic, detailed and understanding and quick. I appreciated that very much! Soon after we were greeted with Ryan, and he was patient, informative and fabulous with how he could make us understand something we had no clue of its meanings and am a very happy buyer!
