Brian Stanton was our salesman. Since we purchased our vehicle on a Saturday Brian said he’d contact us during the week first thing. Since I had not received a phone call, I called Brian and his excuse was that the upholstery guy “had not been in due to the weather”. There has been no extreme weather in the are what so ever. But said he’d call me before the end of the day, that was four days ago and still no phone call. I had the feeling he was just telling me they’d look at it just to get the sale so I went ahead and got it in writing, but apparently that’s not important to the dealership. I’m very disappointed with my experience here! Here I am almost two weeks later, still waiting to hear back from someone. More
