It was a horrible experience and every other place just wanted to take advantage of me as a new car buyer but Freddy did what he could to make me happy and work out everything the way I needed it to be. John was so helpful and delt with my 500 questions! He helped me move my items from my old car, walked me through everything my car had to offer and called onstar for me!!
