Wow how disappointing!! First let me say I have personally bought 4 cars from this dealership over the years and always have liked my experience with them. Well that all changed with this last visi personally bought 4 cars from this dealership over the years and always have liked my experience with them. Well that all changed with this last visit. My son was looking for a new car as he is in the Navy and stationed out of state. He needs a dependable car. So of course we think of Chevy. This dealership claimed that they work with first time car buyers.??? Not at all. My son has no credit but has guaranteed pay from the Navy. And a proven history of being financially secure with plenty of money to buy and pay for a car. Not good enough for this dealership who wouldn't ever discuss anything. And during this process couldn't even be bothered enough to return phone calls after we decided to co sign with him. What a terrible experience. He ended up buying a car, very easily I may add, from another dealership. AND YES WITHOUT A CO SIGNER. Do not go to this dealership if in the market. They lost my business forever. More
