My husband and I purchased a new Equinox from John Montgomery this spring. We came on Sat. June 9th to get an oil change. While we were waiting, I saw John and asked if he could tell me about the us Montgomery this spring. We came on Sat. June 9th to get an oil change. While we were waiting, I saw John and asked if he could tell me about the used truck we saw as we drove in. He found out the information for us and we purchased the 2005 GMC Caynon from him. Right from my inital call I spoke to Erik Pieper and he listend to what my concerns are on my car. I found him to be very trustworthy, good character, knowledgeable, cared about my car and my concerns. B listend to what my concerns are on my car. Power steering light came on my 2010 HHR and I was not happy about this. Have only owned the car for 5 months. Took it to Advantage Chevrolet. Doug(Service Consultant)worked with me on the repair issue ab happy about this. Have only owned the car for 5 months. Took it to Advantage Chevrolet. Doug(Service Consultant)worked with me on the repair issue above and beyond what I had expected. Was so happy I asked about an oil change for the samde day and got it while I was there. When I went out to leaver, Doug said, "Oh by the way, I had them wash your car for you". I said, "What?" March 26th, 2012 was the happiest day I have had in a very long time for personal/other issues. One act of kindness can go a long way for a stranger-so thank you both Jason and Doug. Things have got to go up from here. More
