There is more than one thing wrong with this service department that left them unable to install a muffler for $1400 and a 4 wheel drive actuator on a 2017 Year Mon. After checking my vehicle in for a department that left them unable to install a muffler for $1400 and a 4 wheel drive actuator on a 2017 Year Mon. After checking my vehicle in for a strange rattle I received a video from the technician about the necessary repairs. None of the links for the video worked to authorize the service or contact the representative. I attempt to call, voice mail. Approximately 4 hours later I received a call from service outlining the repairs needed. And was told parts would take a week. I left the vehicle. A week later I get a call they don’t have the parts, don’t know where the parts are and have no idea when the parts will arrive, at all. I picked up the vehicle, where they said they would call me when the parts came in, drove down the block to Fair muffler shop where I was told I had a dangerous condition with a large leak in the exhaust pipe which they repaired for $110 and told me I didn’t need anything else for the exhaust. Total lack of communication. I brought the car in for an oil change (had an appointment - the oil change took almost 1 hour and 45 minutes. I had to ask about three times. The first time I was told I'd be notified when it was ready. The second time I was told it was in the car wash, but then when he went to check it was still being worked on. I told him to for4get the car wash since it was raining. He told me 15 minutes. In 25 minutes I had to go again to ask and he said it was in the car wash. When I got the car, I was told to drive thru the garage. Both of my side mirrors where moved in so I had to get out and fix them. On top of this, I asked if he could check to see why my outlets for my HDMI cord weren't working. He told me it would be $189 to check. I said to forget it. Later when I checked on the car he said there was a small leak, did I want him to tell me where it was coming from. I said sure and then he told me it would be $189, and I said to forget it. My experience was so poor that I won't go back to Advantage for anything including another purchase. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was cause I believe my oil was changed. The people at the desk inside were not helpful, and the people inside the garage were not helpful. More
