Great deal but slow on the paperwork part. I tried to have everything set up through phone calls and email. I expected to be in and out in 30 minutes as this was a cash purchase. I found the car online. Called to make sure it was still available. When my Wife and I showed up we were met by Pablo. I showed him a printout of the car we were interested in he got the keys pulled the car available. When my Wife and I showed up we were met by Pablo. We then went in for finianceing and to our surprise they found better finianceing than we had with our "Pre-Approved" quote. For the first time we had a nice experience buying a new car. I had an appointment for 1:30 pm. I checked in at 1:24 pm to pick up and install my second Key Fob that was missing from the date of sale. I checked in and was told it shouldn't take that long. I went to the service counter to find out what the hold up is. My original service writer was nowhere to be found. I asked at the Gentleman in the next window (Alex Becker) if he could help me, he looked for my paperwork and found it laying on the other guys counter closed out. He got the keys from the keyboard checked my paperwork said it was ready and he's not sure why they didnt page me to get the paperwork, keys and car. All the buttons on the Key Fob worked fine. If you have to make an appointment for service and they know what your coming in for and tell you "it shouldn't take longer than an hour" and they know you'll be waiting it shouldn't take over Three and 1/2 hours.
