A plastic piece on my door handle was broken. I was told I had to bring the car in to assess. I waited while they told me what I already knew, that they need to order the part. I paid for the part and was told they would let me know as soon as it came in, and when I returned they would simply need to “pop the part on.” I reached out to the dealership after I did not hear from them after a couple of weeks. They said my part was there and I scheduled service. When I arrived I was greeted by no one, and once helped I found that it would take at least an hour and a half. I clarified if I was there for the correct service as I was told my return visit would be very quick. The employees seemed annoyed by my asking and insisted it would take at least that long. The labor for the piece to be put on would have taken under 5 minutes (and that’s being generous). Your scheduling issues should not result in my waiting over 2 hours! The only individual who showed a smile or any kindness was the cashier, who was lovely and warm. I will try a new dealership for future service as I was not pleased with the poor communication, poor scheduling, and overall poor attitude of everyone I encountered. More

They said I needed a wheel alignment I got it done . Notice my steering when was off centered took it back. It still was not right . When back 2 other times before it was fixed .
