Price is fair and the Iservice is a good feature. The customer service was good until pickup. I was asked if I would like my car washed with my service which I replied yes. After paying and I went t The customer service was good until pickup. I was asked if I would like my car washed with my service which I replied yes. After paying and I went to my car and noticed it wasn’t washed. After mentioning it. I was told that it was washed already, which it clearly wasn’t. After receiving an attitude from one of the representatives they agreed to wash it again. Once they brought the vehicle back around after the second wash. You can tell it was a half hearted job that basically just smeared the dirt around. I wasn’t expecting to receive a free wash with my service but it was offered. I’d would have rather been not offered the service then receive the half hearted job I received. More
