Did all of the work as requested (oil change), however, the mechanic did NOT reset the maintenance light on the vehicle as shown on the receipt. Dropped my vehicle off the night before my appointment with no problem. I got regular maintenance done on my vehicle the next day. I was informed of when my vehicle was completed via text message from my with no problem. I got regular maintenance done on my vehicle the next day. When I picked it up I was surprised to learn that I had a charge for an oil change and tire rotation since I had just bought my vehicle in 2023 with only a little over 7,300 miles. I'm not sure when that all changed and I certainly wasn't aware of any changes to my warranty. Usually my oil changes are covered under GM. I never received a call or text from my service advisor about a charge for my service. Luckily I was able to use my GM rewards to cover the cost in which I didn't know I could use until I came to pick up my car. I would appreciate a phone call as anyone would if there is any type of charge being made or any extra work being done for there vehicle. You can't surprise customers with a sudden charge and expect them to pay especially when it wasn't communicated. More

I’m a bit upset that my month-old car has issues. I understand it’s a new model, and parts may not be readily available. However, this isn’t the first new model Chevy has released.
