Carolina was fantastic. My issue started back in July because my engine light came on. I had the fillet neck replaced which cost me close to $900. I had to bring the car bac My issue started back in July because my engine light came on. I had the fillet neck replaced which cost me close to $900. I had to bring the car back the next day because they didn’t have the part. 3 weeks later the engine light came back on. I brought the car in and they Purge Replaced and System Smoked. No leaks at this time DTC’s cleared. Last Wednesday the engine light came on again. I called and was able to bring my car in that day. Carolina said that they were going to replace the canister, but I would have to bring the car in the next morning because they didn’t have the part. Carolina told me that they were going to warranty it out, so there would be no charge to me. My visit on 08/24/2023 was also warrantee’d out. So far, so good! Everyone at Advantage is great, but Carolina has been great. Even when I bring my car in for oil changes and tire rotations Carolina is nice and gives great customer service. Thank you More
