Less charged for a diagnostic test 180 bucks. They determine it was some part that had to Be put in. I get in the car and check engine light is still on and my remote start still doesn’t work. I called and service rep came back with some bs that the mechanic thinks it’s a throttle body. Why didn’t the 180 diagnostics test show that? Also I had an appointment for 10:20 and my car wasn’t finished until 3 PM the next day. I’m not happy and my opinion they didn’t even look at my vehicle More

Vehicle was taken in right away and Owen completed the initial paperwork promptly but service took a long time for just an oil change (no tire rotation). But I do understand that worker shortages are not initial paperwork promptly but service took a long time for just an oil change (no tire rotation). But I do understand that worker shortages are not unusual so that didn't affect my overall rating. Owen was knowledgable about new vehicles which we also discussed. More
