I’ve already written a google review but was very disappointed in my experience. My father passed away last year and we inherited his 2020 C8. He had bought 3 cars from your dealership so I figured I disappointed in my experience. My father passed away last year and we inherited his 2020 C8. He had bought 3 cars from your dealership so I figured I would bring the car there for service. The car has 1800 miles and has never seen rain or snow. I made that clear to staff when I arrived. They offered to hand wash the car which I was hesitant but accepted. When I arrived the car was outside after only 20 min of rain and was caked in dirty water spots. They refused to rewash the car when I picked it up. Almost $500 spent on an oil change. It doesn’t make sense that someone would take the time to hand wash a car and put it outside in the rain which makes me think they didn’t do it at all. Not sure if I’ll be back. More

It was a somewhat ok experience the email I got was for a 29.95 pil change. Once I got to the service counter I was told I would have to be charged more for a additional quart of oil. But on my invoice says 29.95 pil change. Once I got to the service counter I was told I would have to be charged more for a additional quart of oil. But on my invoice says only 5 quarts so why I'm I being charged for 6? Then I asked how much would it be to balance my tires since the rotation is included was told with everything oil change, rotation and balance 95 bucks. So I was going to be charged for a rotation and was told yes even thought the email said rotation included with oil change. My only big issue was charging me for 6 quarts but my invoice says 5 I dont like being ripped off. More
