If your new car/ truck is under the 2 year free service or a recall issue, the service center is OK. I truly believe that after that, you will spend less time & save money having service by a good local r or a recall issue, the service center is OK. I truly believe that after that, you will spend less time & save money having service by a good local repair shop. The big problem is Advantage does not have enough new vehicles to sell. The management is forcing the service dept. to upsell expensive & sometimes unnecessary services to make up for decreased sales. Andy Zollinger is the lone trusted shining star in service dept. More

It’s 2022 and mostly every dealership is marking up cars, don’t take it personal and negotiate respectfully with your sales and finance person. The salesman Chris Williams was really nice and cordial. Buying a car in this market is diffficilt due to increased cost. Car was new except some scratches by the ignition where the key goes in. Come to the dealer armed with knowledge of your budget and your own pre-secured financing with a known interest rate before you step into the finance office and deal with the finance manager.
