after 3 visits and speaking w/Mr. Zollnger service mgr.I learned he doesnt know the product he represents,2nd visit i was told by Mgr he would have to order the part for my gps system Zollnger service mgr.I learned he doesnt know the product he represents,2nd visit i was told by Mgr he would have to order the part for my gps system 3rd visit was told my 2020 avalon does not come gps.however he stated before anything how much money i would be responsible for in case it turned out the problem was mine,,,my 2020 avalon at purchase came with scout navigation never was told there would be monthly payment after the yr.or wat ever,,Conversations w/Mr.Zollinger and his explanations about my 2020 toyota at best was nondescript,,sorry how this comes across,but this a true story,,Only redeeming moment came when speaking w/miss Shimaka sales mgr,along w/Mr.fummi hope im getting his name right,,both names mentioned made leaving the property with hope that somebody listens,,hope to see you during my next oil change,,W/all due respect im not thistype of person who finds delight in this type of letter,,,Dominic Micheletti More
