From entering the receiving area you are treated very well. They explain everything to you .And answer all your questions. When they take car inside they always disconnect Dashcam cable.. this time they ripped off my dashcam cable .. the results I have to change my Dashcam which cost me 500$. They charge me for air filter and cable.. this time they ripped off my dashcam cable .. the results I have to change my Dashcam which cost me 500$.
