Your certified Toyota technicians left bolts loose on the skid plates which made my truck rattle vibrate and make noises that I have never heard before. I had to get the truck aligned because the tie rod end nuts and bolts were left loose. This cost $ 87.00 to fix at a local repair shop, which you should reverse me ASAP. The trailer hitch bar is totally rusted, coroaded and pitted falling off flaking in my hands. This was reinstalled over the brand new chassee assembly. How could they install an old rusted-out frame part on a brand new frame, this will only cause the frame to start rusting again. Dealer held my truck for 21 days with no loaner car. then only to get it back with a multitude of issues. NOT GOOD, and totally unacceptable. I would like your corporation to start the process of correcting this wrong to me. I have a 1992 turbo supra that is drop dead magazine show quality which 98% worked by me.I have owned 5 Toyotas Did I mention that I am a retired technician. If you gave me the parts I could of done this job myself. I have a lift in my garage, It would of been done right. Tell you what send me the tow bar, I will install it myself. I just dont feel right letting your dealer touch my truck again. PERIOD. NOT HAPPY. Do the right thing, PLEASE. I could go on but when I think about the situation I auctually get sick. If I could of left a no star rating your service department would of gotten it. SMH. Ball is in your court. Please just do the right thing. More
