The listed price communicated on the vehicle I purchased was inflated upon signing of the contract. No communication on the taxes and other additional charges were discussed upon the selection of the vehicl was inflated upon signing of the contract. No communication on the taxes and other additional charges were discussed upon the selection of the vehicle. Optional services and their related costs were not discussed prior to the contract preparation and these were included. I was not given the opportunity to review the prepared contract prior to signing. An illegible copy was placed in an envelope and provided to me. Upon request of the soft copy, I realized that the pricing of the optional service package sold to me was never discussed. I made a request for review however this was denied. More
