Original contact person was Travis Cobbs. I was there for my state inspection and chose to drop off my vehicle and return when I received notification from the Service office. Once I sat down with the financial staff member it became clear that I was being mislead. The price of the vehicle on the paperwork was higher than what was agreed upon. They offered to refund my downpayme clear that I was being mislead. The price of the vehicle on the paperwork was higher than what was agreed upon. They offered to refund my downpayment and send me on my way but after spending over 5 hours at the dealer I gave in. I think that this tactic is unprofessional and I would not purchase a car here again. I was also told I would receive 2 keys for the vehicle but in the end there was only 1. I have to wait 60 days for the second key?! Also, keep in mind that the "online price" is not the true price of the vehicle. There is an additional "downpayment" of $1995 added onto the online price. This is their way of getting you to come in and is very misleading. Make sure to read the fine print before you shop! More
The finance manager who took care of my purchase, his sales tactics has much to be desired. Come time to sign, I was told it's 3.99% for 60 months, I wasn't even asked how many months I wanted to finance, since I had already wasted so much time and needed the car, I just decided to take the deal. Part of the deal was the All Weather Mats at dealer cost, which they charged me above regular price, $250 vs $189, then there's the extra $167 on top of the out the door price, finance guy tells me something about needing to pay taxes on the $1000 manufacturer rebate that I took. Very shady dealings. More
