The finance manager who took care of my purchase, his sales tactics has much to be desired. I asked the sales manager and my sales rep what the finance rate will be, both guys told me that they don't k sales tactics has much to be desired. I asked the sales manager and my sales rep what the finance rate will be, both guys told me that they don't know but the finance manager is taking care of it. Come time to sign, I was told it's 3.99% for 60 months, I wasn't even asked how many months I wanted to finance, since I had already wasted so much time and needed the car, I just decided to take the deal. Part of the deal was the All Weather Mats at dealer cost, which they charged me above regular price, $250 vs $189, then there's the extra $167 on top of the out the door price, finance guy tells me something about needing to pay taxes on the $1000 manufacturer rebate that I took. Very shady dealings. More

Very professional. I got regular maintenance work done and a wheel alignment. The place wasn't crowed allowing social distance while you wait. Go in on scheduled time and Called us when oil change service is finished. Nice, 5 stars but can improve on the time, oil change took about 90 mins.
