Worst experience ever! .A confirmed appt with Sy who wasnt in, to test drive a vehicle that mysteriously had a deposit on it just as I got there, to Frank in finance showing up an hour late with no apo wasnt in, to test drive a vehicle that mysteriously had a deposit on it just as I got there, to Frank in finance showing up an hour late with no apology to waiting almost 4 hours in service, waiting for a button to be swapped out which was promised by used car mgr Mike to be done before I picked up my suv, also promised and not done, was removal of scratches. no communication between departments and total lack of courtesy to clients!! I would however like to commend my salesperson Bamba and service dept Margie for their efforts and hard work to try to correct my situation. More
