I had an unfortunate experience at the dealership when my loaner vehicle wasn’t ready, leading to a 2-hour wait causing me to miss my son’s appointment. The service advisor was unhelpful, lacked compassion, loaner vehicle wasn’t ready, leading to a 2-hour wait causing me to miss my son’s appointment. The service advisor was unhelpful, lacked compassion, and failed to provide timely updates—I had to call for information myself. This was disappointing, especially since I’ve previously received great service from the same dealership. While I believe this was an isolated incident, it certainly fell short of the high standard I had come to expect. I hope they address these issues to prevent similar frustrations for future customers. More

The most unprofessional, unorganized, rudest dealership I have ever been too. I would not recommend anyone going there. The finance guy is rude, I asked him a question and since he didn’t know how to answer have ever been too. I would not recommend anyone going there. The finance guy is rude, I asked him a question and since he didn’t know how to answer he said “I Don’t know, Oh well , I Don’t care” they tried to take advantage of me because I am a female and thought I did not know what I was talking about. The management team is not help either, they are just there for a pay check not for customers. I would never go back to Toyota. I’m so glad I never have to deal with them again. I will tell everyone I know do not go to Toyota!! More
