Nice car and we made a deal for X amount for out the door price that included taxes and all other fees. They would not let me see the final purchase receipt until I was getting ready to leave after 6 hrs. $ price that included taxes and all other fees. They would not let me see the final purchase receipt until I was getting ready to leave after 6 hrs. $1500 over agreed price. Spoke to their finance manager, Jonathan, he tried to go around but eventually said, they mistakenly added transit fee of $1200 which they removed. Still left with $300 differential which was title/DMV/Registration that was already included in the “X” price. So they double charged for those fees. Tried to get it solved and he said it will take time and he will have to do it all over again. 6 hrs into it, didn’t feel I could sit there another several hrs and told them, you can that and left with my newly purchased car. So, watch out and look at the final final figures please. The sales guy, Eric was fine. Running around trying to handle multiple customers at a time. Leaves a sour taste for a dealership that is this big and has Toyota on it. More
