However, when I first got my 2022 Rav4 Hybrid back in February from Advantage Toyota, I went there for service to fix the seat heater switch in my dashboard. It broke just a week after I got the car. When I spent my morning driving in traffic to my appointment and arrived, they told me they could drive me to my office while the car was being serviced. Then when I told them my office was 7 miles away, they told me my office was too far away and they could not give me a ride. So I left very frustrated at their lack of communication. They should have told me when I made the appointment my office was too far away. I made that clear to the service department. Today, two months later, I brought the car back at 7am and got everything taken care of and got my car back at 12pm. I am happy with today's service and their team was great! William is a super star. I will make sure I am clear with them booking an appointment going forward. More
