I wanted to give them 5 stars but I can't. You have to honor a person's appointment. I made a 7:30 a.m. appointment to rotate my tires and check the fluids. It took three hours. Two hours for me just to s honor a person's appointment. I made a 7:30 a.m. appointment to rotate my tires and check the fluids. It took three hours. Two hours for me just to sit there and then they told me what they were going to do. Then one hour to replace the tires and check fluids. This is the second time the same thing happened. Otherwise the people there are nice and knowledgeable. But must rethink their scheduling system. More

This is my second Toyota. I previously owned a 2010. I now have a 2017. Most of my visits have been handled by Mr. Zollinger so I am used to his helpful courteous professional service. Disappointing experience. I brought my 2019 Highlander in for service because something is rattling in roof area right behind the sunroof. The service advisor, Mr. Dixon was very nice and professional. He in for service because something is rattling in roof area right behind the sunroof. The service advisor, Mr. Dixon was very nice and professional. He informed that it would take some time and that waiting wasn't advised which I appreciated. I took an Uber back home and went about my day. It was quickly 2:30 pm an I realized no one contacted me regarding the status of my vehicle so I called the service center. My advisor wasn't available so they/he had to call me back which he did about an hour later. He informed me that they weren't able to fix the problem because it would involve taking down the interior roof covering. It's a big undertaking and would take some time. It was Friday afternoon and I couldn't be without transportation for the weekend. Mr. Dixon suggested that I reschedule the appointment but to make sure a loaner was available when brought it in as it might take a few days. I thanked him for that andcalled another Uber to go back to the dealer. I now had two Uber charges and accomplished nothing. On December 14th I called back to reschedule. I informed the person in scheduling of what happened on the 4th and what Mr. Dixon advised. She said that she would look into when a loaner might be available and would call me back. I'm still waiting for her phone call. This is not cool at all. The most offensive thing you can do to someone is ignore them. It just let's them know that they don't really matter. I haven't been overwhelmed with this vehicle since the day I got it but keep attributing it to the fact that I went from a Lexus to a Toyota. Shame on me I guess. Now I'm being ignored. I know Covid has made life more challenging is so many ways. But not to the point where a new Toyota customer should be disregarded. I hope to hear from someone in the very near future with a time I can come in to get this horribly distracting noise resolved. I'm getting tempted to trade it in and buy a Hyundai.
