Sold me a car with active recall. Cancelled deal after I was not allowed to take my car home with me and the part they needed was out of stock and not received until a month later. While I was at dealer trying to make the sale however, Customer service was horrible and the sales team had such attitude. When I was in with finance guy, people kept coming in and out of the room, rolling eyes and throwing paperwork around. No respect for each other or customers. Spent my whole day at dealer going back and forth. Was told the best interest I could get was 5%…my credit is great and there was a 0% interest deal for the charger for Labor Day sale…once deal was cancelled because I couldn’t drive off with my purchased car, I then went to Moss Bros in California and had no hassle. I was given 0% interest because the credit I have is amazing…and got to drive off with the car in about 30 mins. Also, the dealer gave me a better deal on the car and I saved about $7-8k on interest over the years…this dealer here in AZ was not customer service oriented and wasted my entire day to purchase a car with open recall. Be aware when buying from them. Will not be ever going back and definitely will not refer or recommend any friends or family to this dealer. More

Devin Ramierez was the sales Rep I worked with, he was friendly, helpful and informative. I had recently visited several other dealerships but they came up short, not having what I wanted or not willin friendly, helpful and informative. BUYER BEWARE! !! DO NOT BUY a vehicle here!! They will overcharge you, make promises to "get the deal" done that they don't intend to follow through on, just to get !! DO NOT BUY a vehicle here!! They will overcharge you, make promises to "get the deal" done that they don't intend to follow through on, just to get a vehicle sold. Found out the hard way...Bought a jeep here in Jan 2022, only to have it break down in the middle of the highway on its first big road trip, merely 7 mos later! They sold the "CPO" vehicle with chips in the windshield that were noticed on the drive home after buying, and they promised they would replace the windshield, still have yet to do it. Meanwhile my "CPO" jeep is now at a repair shop and it won't even start!! They oversold, overcharged and my family could've been seriously hurt!! They could care less about people, all about the sale here! Worst car buying experience ever!! The salesman followed us over to the dealership next door and wouldn't leave us alone to look at another vehicle in the other sales lot! So many red flags!! DO NOT waste your time, money or dignity here!! More
