I was extremely disappointed. My service agent did not tell me the cost of repair and unfortunately I forgot to ask. When I called the agent to complain about the excessive price, he said it was written tell me the cost of repair and unfortunately I forgot to ask. Had I known the cost of the repair, I would have elected not to fix the sensor that tells me when tire pressure was low. In other cars, I didn't have a tire sensor and it was no problem. To add insult to injury, my receipt documents said my tires were rotated. I know they were not because the tire missing the hubcap was in the same location as when I brought the car in. Formerly, I had service agents that made me feel that I made the right decision by bringing my car into Al Hendrickson. I felt the service I received was worth the extra money I was paying. My prior agent gave me a service report which was not provided by my current agent. The service I received on 8/28/20 was very poor. More

First car. Go with someone who knows about dealership or they will pull a fast one. SYNCIA and her manager are very nice. There was one sotuation which upset me and I do hope it gets looked into.
