Last month, I brought my Corolla for a front brake job. Ever since something was wrong. Turned out that after the job , one brake caliper has one bolt missing and one bolt loose. I know because I remove the wheel to take a look . So I brought the car back. Officially, I was told that the mechanic found a stripped and overtightened bolt. This is obviously blatant smoke, because as I said , one bolt was completely missing and the other one was just fine ( I have a picture of it ) BEFORE I brought the car back. The two review stars are not for the botched brake job and missing bolt, but for the lack of admission they made an error . I doubt I will my car back for service ( I used to do that ) because the trust is gone. I do not blame the service rep who are relaying what the shop told him. More

At first customer service was attentive. But I was clear in saying needed a family car for my newborn. The car seat barely fits in the car and no one else can sit in the front. Was looking to upgrade to something bigger which meant more money for the dealership but I guess they don’t care. Financing almost caught up slipping as well. With a credit over 700 others were offering 0.9% and they wanted us to sign at 7.9%!! Be very cautious shopping here More
