Generally receive excellent service. Employees are prompt to provide service and inform me of additional maintenance needs. No supervision Sales department personnel were very good,the finance man was inaccessible 2 hours after I left the dealership,called his 2 numbers 4 times,no respond Sales department personnel were very good,the finance man was inaccessible 2 hours after I left the dealership,called his 2 numbers 4 times,no respond, the detailing personnel needs to be reassign, truck was filthy inside, and the exterior was not properly cleaned owners manuals were opened,not sealed , and pages seems to have been wet,possibly from rain. In the past I have bought many new vehicles, none of them had more than 5 miles on the odometer, this. Truck had 17miles, if I knew that before I purchased the truck, I would not have, bought the truck. After leaving the dealership I got on I95 and grove above 65 mph,the truck has a shimmy,possibly from the front tires not being balance. More

Deceiving Sales tactics I will start by saying that this is my 4th Toyota, 3 of which had been bought at Al Hendrickson. My wife also has a Toyota, which we service at Al Hen I will start by saying that this is my 4th Toyota, 3 of which had been bought at Al Hendrickson. My wife also has a Toyota, which we service at Al Hendrickson Toyota. My 2 previous purchases (back in 2009 & 2011) had no issues at all and I was 100% satisfied, hence I came back for my 3rd Toyota. In May 2020, i went to this dealer to buy a new 2020 Toyota. Everything went well until I received my 1st Payment Statement and I noticed that I was tricked/cheated by the Finance person. To make a long story short.... i had a payment and term in mind: 72 months x $305 payment. Finance person told me "sorry, we can't offer you that... we can offer you $329 x 72 months". After 20-30 min back and forth... i said "lets meet half way.... $315 x 72 months". Finance person said "sorry, I can't". After 1-2 hours of back and forth he tried talking to Sales Manager and we agreed on $319 x 72 months (but they are saying that they NEVER discussed TERM.... that they only discussed payment amount). I agreed to the $319 payment and I started signing ALL the extensive paperwork. When i was leaving the finance person's office... I noticed that i was signing a $319 payment for 75 months (not 72 months as agreed... i ALWAYS told him and sales personnel that I wanted 72 months... not 75) but he assured me that i did not have to worry.... that it was going to be 72 payments of $319 and that the 3 extra payments were the 90 day no payments that they are offering due to COVID 19 (90 days = 3 months or 3 payments of $0). I trusted this person and i left the dealership. 1 month went by, and i received the statement to find out that in fact, I will be making 75 payments of $319 (not 72 as I ALWAYS wanted)..... or basically I will be paying $1000 more for my car. I just want Mr Al Jr or Al Sr to keep their promise and to make sure that I stay a satisfied Al Hendrickson customer. I know there are things they can do in order to make it right and to make sure that I am 100% satisfied with my 3rd purchase at his dealer (plus I also use their Service department for my wifes car). I work for a Local Bank as a Business Lender and I know there are things we can do to make things right and to make sure our customers are happy. Now I trust you the same way I trusted your Finance person... please don't disappoint me. Thanks in advance for your help Al ! Update July 15th: No solution. I have spoken to GM, Director of Finance, Assistant to the owner, etc and basically they told me there is nothing they can do for me and to make it right. Advise for future customers: Get your financing at a credit union (wayyy better rates and you avoid the sales tricks from Finance department. My credit score is 760 and i was able to find a rate at a local credit union that was .75% lower than the dealer rates). Bring a lawyer with you to review loan documents before signing. More
