Poor Customer service I have bought many used cars in my life, but the experience I had at Al Hendrickson Toyota was the worse one of all. Negotiating was pain full. Had to I have bought many used cars in my life, but the experience I had at Al Hendrickson Toyota was the worse one of all. Negotiating was pain full. Had to walk out of the dealer for them to agree on putting new tires on the car. Spent almost 5 hours on the dealer. After papers were signed waited close to 3 hours for the car to be ready. It looks like they only care about closing the deal and not the customer. Do not recommend. More

Delay I brought in my 2019 highlander in Nov. a few days before thanksgiving. The reason I brought my car in was because my radio would not work. Every time I will try to Connect my car to my phone it will not work it kept restarting so that was the reason why I brought in my car. Soon the whole panel kept turning on and off constantly and I cannot even listen to the radio. Car sensors still acting strange since battery was replaced. I had to have my RAV4 Hybrid Sport jump started on Sunday December 29th after being parked for one week while I was visiting family up north. I returned to the dealership on Tuesday, December 31st because my sensor lights for my rear seat belts kept going on and off (and I had to attach them for the light to go off.) They would also go off by themselves... I was informed that it wasn't serious to put the car into service at this time. I will however, make an appointment with the salesman to go over other nuances (ie: there is a place under the hood where it can be jumped) Overall, I am happy with Al Hendrikson as I purchased my previous vehicle from them (2014 Avalon) and they always took care of me.
