Great experience! About a week ago my 2008 Toyota Prius stopped working, and it was towed to Al Hendrickson Toyota for service. I had purchase the vehicle at this locat About a week ago my 2008 Toyota Prius stopped working, and it was towed to Al Hendrickson Toyota for service. I had purchase the vehicle at this location in 2008. Robert Kopp in the service department was great at letting me know what the cost of repair would be and making sure that my car was looked at right away. In the end, it didn't make sense to repair the vehicle, and I decided to replace it instead. Robert introduced me to Alexis Acosta in the pre-owned side of the dealership. Alexis was fantastic. He showed me several cars during two different visits and allowed me to choose what would work best for my budget without any pressure. Alexis and Lorence Lewis made sure that the deal not only made sense but that I could add extended warranty and stay within budget. Purchasing a vehicle was not planned, but the team at Al Hendrickson Toyota made the process smooth and enjoyable. I am very grateful for all their assistance. They turned a challenging situation into one that I am grateful for. I am now a happy owner of a 2019 Toyota Corolla. More
