Avoid this dealership at all costs. I wasted 3 hours at Al Hendrickson Toyota, I did not try to negotiate their asking price.Sales manager Sal Carusso did whatever he could possible do to blow up a deal . Service staff Most service reps are good however avoid couple of bad ones. The worst service advisor is a guy with black hat. His name is Jarret I believe.
