Bait and Switch I purchased a RAV4 ......was looking at a car that was listed at $33K then they bring out another car and tell us it is the same price. When we get home we find the sticker in the glove box $27K. They keep saying all the fees and Gap insurance and $3500 because we wanted to finance was added to the price also. They do not value customers time, i drove 40 miles 3x just to speak with the internet sales manager who said he would help me out, all three times he happened to not be there. I feel like all the employees work together to try to rip you off as much as they can. I was being charged $2500 for GAP insurance!!! The finance department isn't very talented when it comes to getting you a better deal they are talented in ripping you off with hidden fees and talking you into dealership gaps at absurd amounts. Overall this dealership is not a friendly one that you would want to continue business with. Dealer-fees are to high, very unorganized, inconsistent pricing and management lacks professionalism. (BE AWARE OF $3000 DEALER FEES, $899 FOR NITROGEN AIR ALONE!) More
