Why make clients make appointments when you have no way of honoring them? Waiting 3 hours to have a battery recall checked is unacceptable & had to abort the rest of the requested service. Jarrett shows that he cares about the Service Center customers. When we brought in our Sienna at the end of day because of some warning in the car he gave me his business card and asked me to come in th customers.
