I had an issue with my car not starting up right away. I drove to AL Henderson and spoke to Michelle. She told me the battery died after they tried to start my car. I’m really glad we scheduled ahead because the dealership was very busy on a Saturday. We had a nightmare experience with a different dealership but from the very beginning, this was a much smoother operation. Even talking with the sales manager and finance manager (Jeremy), it was great all around. Highly recommend working with Ricardo if you’re able to! More

He worked well under pressure and adapted to the situation very fast and was able to move all the customers through the line, his customer service and attention to detail was 10/10! The other guy there that morning on the other hand was not very helpful or communicative, people were walking up and he literally just stared at them without saying a word while Jarrett was fixing his system. Perhaps he wasn’t the sales man for these customers but ignoring customers who don’t understand why they aren’t being acknowledged was a definite turn off and he didn’t seem to be a team player in trying to help the other salesman. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had I have purchased two cars from them in the last 3 years and when I tell you they refused to do anything for me when it came to manufacture warranty. I spent purchased two cars from them in the last 3 years and when I tell you they refused to do anything for me when it came to manufacture warranty. I spent over 4 hours on July 26th 2023 for them to change my battery which was dead no reason why the car is 2 years old this month and to calibrate my back up camera which just stopped working and to find out why my sun roof rubber is deteriorating and have them fix it. They wanted to charge me for $240 for a diagnostics test (once again manufactured warranty). Then I asked about the paint on my car cause it is starting to chip once again car is only 2 years old. Manger responded with oh nothing we can do for that they won’t cover that ( once again Manufactured Warranty should still cover the clear coat and all) Then I had also asked them to check the fluids and breaks on the car guess what that wasn’t done either. The service manager was useless no help whatsoever just kept being told the word NO!! There is a problem I know everyone is money hungry and by all means good for you but when there is a MANUFACTURE warranty then you should be able to still use it. I will never come back here for service at all because of the lack of service that I was given by the manager and the service rep was just as bad neither one of them wanted to hear what I had to say. The service manager just said what he said and walked away like thanks no problem. Then to top it off I wasn’t contacted about anything within the time about what was going on with my I had to keep asking and still getting no answers. Best part I have a dash camera in my car so I’m seeing what is going on in the garage some of the mechanics are just standing around and this is why it takes 4 hours to change a battery which takes 10-15 min at the most to swap out and to re calibrate the back up camera might take what no more than an hour if that good to know this is what I waisted my time for at this dealership cause now I had to go to another dealership to make sure my car fluids and breaks were good because they couldn’t do all that in the 4 hours they had my car. The staff are good listeners but could be more focused on determining the customers needs. On arrival the salesman seemed more interested in getting a sale than ascertaining what you might want. They are capitalists, good business leaders but could be better when explaining pricing. I left there with the model car I wanted but not with all the features I wanted. I wished they would give the option to wait until they had more inventory or preorder. Most importantly though is they are willing to work with you to make sure you can finance your purchase. More
