Jarret the service advisor always greets you with a smile and sets a reasonable expectation of how long the service will take. I don't stick around and wait for my vehicle which is convenient. Plan to leave the car there for a couple of hours even for a simple oil change. More
This is an average dealership when it comes to service. I had to stand on the service drive for 20 minutes before I finally had to say something to someone just to drop my vehicle off. I was then given to someone else after the initial service advisor that I was scheduled with passed me on to another service advisor. Seems like it's always a cluster there. Acknowledgement is key, Al Hendrickson. Say hello to the customers that you know are standing there patiently and find out who or what they are waiting for. It doesn't matter if they are there for you or not. I spent $1,100.00 on routine maintenance...thinking really hard about whether I will be back. Carmine was great. Someone left a bunch of grease on my driver's door handle when I picked it up. Thank you for that. More
