I had to go to the dealership twice to get my service done correctly. The second visit I had to talk to a service manger to get them to do their 15K mile check on my Highlander. The first time they did n done correctly. The second visit I had to talk to a service manger to get them to do their 15K mile check on my Highlander. The first time they did not fill the windshield wiper fluid or rotate the tires even though the document they gave me said they did. I do not know what else they skipped so I had to return to the dealership. I was very disappointed in the person who serviced my vehicle. More
