Hi my name is Tom Maza I thought nine or 10 cars have a lifetime Fabel Hendrickson I’m driving a 2018 Toyota hybrid now I bought new tires on this car with only 18,000 miles on the car and I was just about lifetime Fabel Hendrickson I’m driving a 2018 Toyota hybrid now I bought new tires on this car with only 18,000 miles on the car and I was just about a month and a half ago or so in the last three weeks I had to pay tire pressure in my car three times I want to do service man Chris Laporte do I’ve known for years told him about this and I told him I wanted something check the valves something recreational want to change the tires all they did to me as per tire pressure in the car was turned out to be wrong. I had have the service department check it again and this morning my tire pressure was 2 pounds lower than it was yesterday had all the tires. Somethings wrong with the valves are somethings wrong with the car I’m not happy at all with the Dunlop tires that I bought about two months ago with only 600 miles on it or less and three times. I’ve had to put tire pressure in the car in the last three weeks. I’ve had to step back operation so it’s a chore for me but I went to the service man yesterday who I’ve known for years, tipped him and told him somethings wrong with the valves. Nothing happened. Nothing was done. All they did was put tire pressure on it edit and it was wrong. I had to go to the service people there and adjust the tire pressure last night. I checked the tire pressure again. It was out of town for a shot this morning was down 2 pounds again somethings wrong with the valves in these tires the Dunlap tires that I got I actually want to Michelin tires but I told her it’s expensive not happy. I said I bought nine causes so I’m more from Albertson’s and I’m not happy what happened to me I can’t keep facing the doubt of having a flat tire and something or blowout and that’s why I had to change. My tire is nine weeks ago I was told at the nail in my tire was too close to the game. I’m upset I wanted the valves the same thing checked in the car. They did absolutely nothing. Please get back to me I’m at 954-309-2550 like I said I’m a loyal customer dial Hendrickson Senior and Junior and I’m totally upset the way I was handled and if you speak to the management department to speak to Jessica, she’ll know who Tom is it is please get back to me something needs to be done to these tires. I want the tires changed and valves changed completely. Thank you. More
