Why make clients make appointments when you have no way of honoring them? Waiting 3 hours to have a battery recall checked is unacceptable & had to abort the rest of the requested service. Jarrett shows that he cares about the Service Center customers. When we brought in our Sienna at the end of day because of some warning in the car he gave me his business card and asked me to come in th customers. They don't care about the customers safety, they have bad communication skills. I was discriminated and prejudged. They promise something and don't keep their promise. I was Mistreated by the last agent and had to speak to one of the supervisors ins maintenance who promised to call me the following day at 11am and did not called, so I turned skepticall and thought they did not do maintnance on my vehicle, went back to Al Hendrixon and found out the parts where not replaced. They gave me back the vehicle and I had to return because the maintenance alert was left on... here I am and I still have to go back and see the face of the person that Mistreated me and I really don't want to go back, I really dont want to see him ever again... But I have to . I CAN KEEP ON GOING BUT DONT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO EXPRESS MY DISSATISFACTION More
