Especially noteworthy is your servi ! I am always impressed with the level of competence and professionalism and accommodation this department offers! Especially noteworthy is your service advisor, Mr. Carvens Joseph (CJ), who is the quintessential agent in explaining what services are needed - and also which ones are not! I admire the way in which he sits in the car with you upon arrival and goes through the extensive checklist of items to be investigated. He always takes you "along for the ride" (no pun intended). An employee like Carvens is valuable in any organization and I would hope that AH would reward him with upgraded remuneration and position. The major complaint that I have with AH is the customer waiting room. I have sat in that room for the last 9 years and it has deteriorated considerably. I am happy with the refreshments offered, but the condition of the sofas (couches) is indefensible. They are dirty, dingy, and ripped. They do not reflect the culture your organization is trying to advertise. And please get the room painted a new, upbeat color. It is as drab as a funeral home.
