went for an my 15k maintenance and got the 20k service which included a new air filter, cabin filter, and tire rotation with the oil change. They charged me for a new air filter and cabin filter but didn' which included a new air filter, cabin filter, and tire rotation with the oil change. The dealership service department was chaos and not anything like I have ever experienced in my history of new car service area. The lady I was assigned to was very quick, but zero customer service ski anything like I have ever experienced in my history of new car service area. The lady I was assigned to was very quick, but zero customer service skills, zero explanation of what was being done to my car and zero questions about my new car and it I had any questions or needs. It was basically like she was a robot checking off boxes with zero communication skills. I would not consider even looking at this dealership location for my next new Toyota. More
