My availability for servicing must be flexible and based upon last minute health circumstances, the Hendrickson Team has gone more than "the mile" to accommodate my needs. They demonstrate a level of professionalism and accommodation that is commendable. I particularly appreciate Klaus, my service manager, for his expertise, attention to the vehicle's requirements, and his understanding of the limitations of my need to get the job done in a timely way. Tengo un Corolla 2021 la batería se agotó, creí que entraba en garantía por que el carro prácticamente está nuevo, y no, tuve que pagar por la batería. Lo mismo pasó con otro carro que tuve de esa mism entraba en garantía por que el carro prácticamente está nuevo, y no, tuve que pagar por la batería. Lo mismo pasó con otro carro que tuve de esa misma agencia, al año mi batería ya se había agotado. Supuestamente tenía garantía, me hicieron esperar dos horas, para que me dijeran que si tenía costo. Ellos saben que esas baterías son corrientes y aún siguen vendiendo los coches nuevos así con baterías. Y cero amabilidad los de mostrador. More
