This is a review specifically for the manager Fabio in the servicing department. An official complaint with BBB was also filed accordingly. I went in for a regular scheduled servicing, I didn’t get my car the servicing department. An official complaint with BBB was also filed accordingly. I went in for a regular scheduled servicing, I didn’t get my car back for 5 hours, and they were only changing minor changes such the air filter. The real issue began when I picked up the car. The service technician ensured me a multi point inspection was preformed and the breaks, battery, and oil were all up to par. Of course I received a receipt stating it was inspected as well. I get in the car after paying and drive to exactly 10 minutes to a nearby plaza and park. I then restarted the car immediately to reposition and to my dismay the car isn’t starting. I immediately call the dealership and they send me a roadside assistance technician. He arrives after 2 hours, and immediately analyzes the battery and says it’s faulty and I should drive immediately back to the dealership. I drive back and am instructed to pay $275 for a new battery. I ask to speak to management as they have signed off on paper that my battery was intact and somehow 10 minutes on the dot later it’s faulty. The manager Fabio was unapologetic and said the best I can do for you is give you 10% off a battery “take it or leave it”. The “reduced price” being $245. For those who own a car I’ll let you decide if that is a discount. It’s evident that their technicians are at the least incompetent and at the worst neglectful. And their management unprofessional and unsightly. More
