My experience was absolutely horrible. Henry was incredibly rude and seemed overwhelmed with the amount of customers he had to see while almost everyone else stood around with seemingly no customers incredibly rude and seemed overwhelmed with the amount of customers he had to see while almost everyone else stood around with seemingly no customers. I had an appointment and waited almost 20 mins for him to get to me. He then told me it would take 45 mins so I had my ride (mom) take my infant daughter home and decided to stay to not make the trip back and forth. The service took over 2 hours. After 2 hours I walked up to get an update and he mentioned casually that my car was coming out soon. Due to COVID, I did not feel comfortable sitting inside since most of your staff was unmasked so I sat outside for over 2 hours. I was in tears when I left and could not believe I spent so much time and money getting a battery when I could have gone to Wal Mart for better service. When I want to upgrade my Highlander, I will make sure to use a different Toyota Dealership. More

While it took two visits, the electronics technician was able to work with Toyota to correct a problem with my remote connect functions. Not recommended for any tire service. I went in to check a tire that was loosing air and after an hour wait they said that they tested the tire even putting it in water and nothing showed that it was loosin a tire that was loosing air and after an hour wait they said that they tested the tire even putting it in water and nothing showed that it was loosing air. That same night I had to change tires because I had a flat tire on the road. I was able to find the metal object that the tire had which created the flat. Why was that not found earlier? I believe the service department just put air and told me that I could leave. No trust in doing that again. More
