Disappointed that the tire pressure was not checked and corrected as the low tire pressure light was activated on the dashboard indicating low tire pressure. The invoice I received indicated the tires were corrected as the low tire pressure light was activated on the dashboard indicating low tire pressure. Service is always great. Seen Jarrett a couple of times now and he always is very friendly and personable. Actually talks to you as a person and not just a customer to push you out. Worst impossible, a $220 job turns in $270, because hidden fees. Car was not al least cleaned, for sure it was not reviewed, the points inspection is a joke, now my car has a sound when AC works. Have been attempting to contact someone in their Finance Department to cancel warranty on a car I no longer have over this week with no prevail, have left four voicemails and attempted to reach out on both Department to cancel warranty on a car I no longer have over this week with no prevail, have left four voicemails and attempted to reach out on both Facebook and the contact us page (which is just linked to their sales department) and have had no luck. I need someone to contact me ASAP and it appears everyone that's in finance is out on a cruise or something. Or they're simply dodging answering so that they don't have to refund any warranty, which I'm hoping a dealership such as Al Hendrickson wouldn't stoop so low to. More
