The only reason I come back to this location is because of Klaus. He is always polite and helpful even when things are chaotic. The reason for the two stars is because of the people that work on your car. They don't seem to be educated in the art of care and respect. Almost every time I bring my car in they damage something and then try to deny it, so I gave up. This time they scratched the silver trim around the front console and changed my settings on different things. I have had the lights on "auto" since I purchased the car and they turned it off and almost caused me to be in an accident. What reason would they have to do that? The seat setting was changed but it might be because I'm short and whomever was driving it needed more leg room. Overall, the service department needs a lot of improvement...but that's just my opinion. I keep my car in impeccable condition and don't appreciate the carelessness. Thank you! More
