Service was quick and efficient. Issues resolved. Sunday evening my tire pressure light showed on my dash board. No obvious flat tire. Drove home from a friend's house. Monday AM called dealer. Made appointment for afternoon on condition that I be driven home while service was performed. I do not like the Hendrickson Toyota was not customer friendly before Covid-19. Now it is no place for anyone who values their health. Took car to service dept. Service manager told me that the issue could be resolved in one hour. He did not want to have someone drive me home only to get me very quickly thereafter. I told him that I had to be home by a certain time when I had an engagement. He kept his promise.Staff found and remedied the tire issue, changed oil, did other service tasks. Car was ready in the one hour promised. Service was satisfactory. I did not get any viruses in the waiting room. Mask helps I am sure. Service was free because it was included in the purchase of the car. Everything very satisfactory. More

What was not fine was the very long wait to get the shuttle ride back to my house which was only a mile away, and the crowded conditions in the waiting room; people were not six feet apart. Awesome!! That is a word I would use to describe my service at Al Hendrickson. Chris Kulazidis, my service writer, took it upon himself to make sure I received good service.
