Then he told me “I’ll take care of you” and he did! Great work ethic in this young man! He is an asset to This business. It is important to note that there were about 4/5 other reps who were available but did not take initiative to assist me when I returned to pick up my vehicle and Shedrick was not available. More

Disappointed with service My Service Consultant was named, "OSCAR" but his name does not appear on your service staff listing. First, I had to present documentary evidence th My Service Consultant was named, "OSCAR" but his name does not appear on your service staff listing. First, I had to present documentary evidence that I have extended service insurance which I purchased from your dealership on 11/2017 when I purchased this vehicle; Secondly, I had to pay the full price for a new battery even though the battery in my car was only 13 months old!!!
