These guys are awesome! Al Hendrickson Toyota gave me the best customer experience I have ever had! My Toyota was part of a recall for the frame and another local dealershi Al Hendrickson Toyota gave me the best customer experience I have ever had! My Toyota was part of a recall for the frame and another local dealership in town said it was perfectly fine and there was nothing that needed to be done. I called the corporate offices who then referred me to Al Hendrickson Toyota for another inspection. Not only did they replace my frame but also various other parts as well. They even made sure that I was immediately put into a rental car since the safety of my vehicle was in question. Norman Frantz, The service manager, was courteous friendly and kept me informed Of the entire process. I would never go to another dealership other than Al Hendrickson Toyota! More

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE ESPECIALLY FOR SERVICE I can see now why ppl complain so much about this place I've serviced my vehicle here 2 times! And wonder why are they even in business. This is the worse dealer ever !!! And let me add that the service manager ERIC IS A LIAR! Saying that they choose to not pay for the service of reporting information to carfax!!!! When there is no charge for it so HE LIED and when I asked for copies again of services performed he said I can get any Toyota store to pull it for me!!!! Another LIE!!! More
